“Worst construction quality I have every seen. Bathroom leaking on the tenant below. The "builder" replaced the bath tub twice and its still leaking on the tenant below (poor guy is the owner living himself, can't even move). Wall paint chip off every where due to moisture. The walls are like made of sand. If you terrace is towards the school, the noise (from school kids and buses) is quite annoying.”

“The Building itself not bad, but need to be carefull about constraction, noice unbeliavable to the point that building can shake, i am the tenant of Spica and its worst place i ever rent. Nowdays smell of paint will make you dizzy.”
