“This has been one of the most inefficient and unprofessional building management experiences I’ve ever encountered. The AC has not been working in over 13 apartments for more than a month, despite repeated complaints to management as well as RERA/RDC. No meaningful action has been taken to resolve the issue. Communication is extremely poor — calls go unanswered, and there is little to no accountability. To make matters worse, they refused to issue an NOC for move-out, effectively forcing tenants to remain in unlivable conditions, even after the landlord had clearly instructed them to allow us to vacate. The situation became so unreasonable that we ultimately had to involve the police jus…”

“greeeting ! hi astoria team kindly check your gym Equipments are fully damage could you please improve your gym condition as we lived here and we have to go gym daily for over fitness but the equipments are seems to be fullly damage could you please fixed these things as soon as posible”

Communication is extremely poor — calls go unanswered, and there is little to no accountability. To make matters worse, they refused to issue an NOC for move-out, effectively forcing tenants to remain in unlivable conditions, even after the landlord had clearly instructed them to allow us to vacate. The situation became so unreasonable that we ultimately had to involve the police just to get a response. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Dubai Police for their prompt assistance and professionalism in handling the matter. I would not recommend this building to anyone.”

“Apartments are spacious one bed can have arround 1000sqft nice play area for the kids Management need to be changed to professionals i think AC inside Unites is shared between flats so other neighbors will use and you have to pay !!! Which is ridiculous”

“Very bad maintenance in this building and always alar fire without any reason every day and every time, to much Cockroaches in this building , and also the mangment he doesn’t care about this things he reply after 5 days and he doesn’t do anything”

“Good upcoming villas project. The design of the villas are elegant and attractive. Its all 3 bedroom villas . There are a total of 26 villas as 2 separate sections of 13 villas each. Bedrooms has got good balcony and ambient spacing inside. There are 3 floors in each villa and there is a lift as well. The area is also noce inside jumeirah villa circle.”
