“Bahwan Tower, Al nhada 1 is one of the very old buildings in this area. Despite of that, it is really well maintained and clean. It has 16 floors for residential area and the top floor has Gym, Swimming pool and sauna. The security and the receptionists are really kind and helpful.”

“I lived like 6 years here and i don't think any one has better service and place then this in Al nahda .... amazing experience will definitely come back here soon”

“Located in the corner of the conjunction with the highway of Sheikh Zayed and Baghdad street, it is an excellent location for a high rise building to be placed in the Al Nadha area in Dubai. Close to the border of Sharjah, it is very convenient to travel to and from the area and gets easily accessible to all the major roads. Even though the E11 highway has salik that may be a concern for many, the roads avoiding salik is close by and parallel to it.”
