“Not Safe, Not Legal—Please Be Careful I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up. This place has some serious issues. There are illegal partitions that make the rooms feel cramped and unsafe—definitely not up to code. It worries me from a fire safety perspective too. What’s more, the environment doesn’t feel secure. There’s very little oversight, and I’ve noticed situations that go against local norms, like illegal couples staying together. In Dubai, that can lead to legal trouble—not just for them, but for others around. If you’re considering staying here, please think twice. Safety and legality matter. I hope the management takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes .”

“My experience with a security staff member named Ahmed, the tall slim guy, was extremely disappointing. He was rude, unfriendly, and completely unengaged. While I was just asking an inquiry, he not only seemed distracted by his cellphone but also attempted to walk away mid-conversation, showing blatant disregard. This is not the first time we’ve encountered such unprofessional behavior from him. He looks annoyed, unhappy and feeling lazy about his work. To management, please put security personnel who are committed, courteous, and professional in their duties.”

“Spacious rooms and a nice location. Comparatively good rent in this area. The manager is ver nice and approachable guy. There is no regular maintance they do it only on request.AC duts are never cleaned and children are having health issues constantly.”
