“Such poor management. Managed by Soo called @Rocky real estate. There is no point of clean house where you cant sleep peacefully. Yes I'm talking about fire alarm which rings 4-5 times a day giving you terrible headache. Even you will find this fire alarm ringing around 3-4 am making you feel sick and then you take holiday from your work n stay home. Also got to know from the security that this is happening just because of 2 partments which forgets to put on their exhaust everytime while cooking. And for them you suffer . It's fine if it's 2-3 times but same problem with same apartments everyday??? Really?? Why Rocky real estate don't do anything about this?? Why they are not fined on this??…”

“One of the worst building management you will ever come across.If you are moving in also move in with your own maintenance crew. Worthy to mention is it's suitable location.”

“Well maintained and clean building. Best location nearby to all supermarkets and walking distance from Mall of Emirates .”
