“Was a beautiful building 2 years ago, hasn't been maintained well. The pool smells bad sometime , the jacuzzi hasn't been working for more than 6 months , the only reason I've given it 2 starts is because the staff is nice.”

“I have been a long term tenant here and absolutely love living in this tower. The amenities are excellent, and the direct access to the corniche is a wonderful bonus. Truly feels like home, very satisfied with my experience.”

“Beware of the security people at the reception. We left an item while checking out and informed them right after. At night when we went there to collect the thing, reception people simply deny about anything. They said they know nothing about it. We told them to contact the responsible person, they said nobody available there to contact. We said, at least ask the housekeeping person. They said, housekeeping is done third party and they don’t have contact of those person. Simply, they just thought, if they don’t cooperate and there is no other way to verify, we will just leave. After that, when we collected the number of the responsible person and were about to call, they just handed the coat to us. It was all along with them, at the reception table, but they thought of not giving it to us, maybe they wanted to keep it. But when they saw that we had the number of the person responsible for that flat, they just couldn’t do that anymore. Such a disgusting experience.”

“Some rate this building based on their "AirBnB" experience which isn't a fair review; rate your AirBnB experience on AirBnB not here. If your host wasen't good, that doesn't define the building and it's management. The building and the management is top notch, one of the best in Dubai Business Bay area, and I love living here!”

“Very rude behavior of the security person name soman in the morning shift. Very bad experience he ask for id and click pictures of my id. And when i told him will file a complaint he said do what you want to do .”
