“Great service from the management, security and all the staff. Not the newest building, but well maintained. The apartments are really spacious, especially compared to many new buildings. Gym, swimming pool, sauna, kids play area and business center in the building. The parking is the only downside: if your spot is above 5th/6th floor, it takes several minutes to go up and down every time.”

“We have been living at Manazel Al Safa Tower for the past year, and while the property itself is satisfactory, the experience dealing with the point of contact, Odrin Mendoza, has been extremely frustrating. Frankly, it is easier to get a response from the White House than from her. Communication is consistently delayed, unprofessional, and unreliable. A simple email took nearly two weeks to receive a response, and a basic contract renewal ~something that should be routine ~took almost a full month to process. In any competent professional setting, this level of inefficiency would be unacceptable. There appears to be a complete disregard for timelines, urgency, and tenant experience. If this is the standard of service being maintained, it reflects poorly on the overall management of an otherwise decent property. The building deserves better representation than this level of service.”

“I stayed in the apartment for three years and really enjoyed it. Felix and the team are very friendly and supportive. Maintenance is available 24/7. Any issue can be raised via online application and the guys come in a few minutes to fix. The building is clean and well maintained. Amenities are wonderful: nice view pool, fitness center, business center are very pleasant to spend time at. It is a pity i had to move out as have to leave Dubai. Thank you very much for making our stay very comfortable.”

“The management here is very bad. We go to the cleaner's house there to provide home service and if we ask for a washroom, they say that it is not there, so Chief.”
