“Would rate 3.5. I really love my apartment, especially the view—it’s honestly the best part of living here. However, the construction quality has been quite disappointing. There have been recurring water leaks from the water heaters, which have even caused parts of the ceiling to deteriorate. What’s more frustrating is that there’s no immediate maintenance support in the building. Every time something needs fixing, you have to arrange and pay for external help yourself. The walls also tend to stay damp, and in some areas, the paint and plaster seem to be peeling or “melting.” There are even visible cracks inside the apartment, which is concerning. “Would rate 3.5. I really love my apartment, especially the view—it’s honestly the best part of living here. However, the construction quality has been quite disappointing. There have been recurring water leaks from the water heaters, which have even caused parts of the ceiling to deteriorate. What’s more frustrating is that there’s no immediate maintenance support in the building. Every time something needs fixing, you have to arrange and pay for external help yourself. The walls also tend to stay damp, and in some areas, the paint and plaster seem to be peeling or “melting.” There are even visible cracks inside the apartment, which is concerning. For the amount of rent being charged, I expected much better upkeep and build quality. Another area that could really improve is the attitude of the security guards. They often come across as uninterested and not very helpful, even when approached politely. Overall, while the view is great, the maintenance issues and service experience take away from what could have been a much better living experience.”

“Excellent apartments with Burj Khalifa view. Very clean and well maintained, besides convenient location. Nice cafe and restaurants available right beneath the building. Binghatti quality is visible in this building. The security guards are friendly and helpful!”
