What one reviewer said

“A fire broke out in an apartment at Uniestate Millennium Tower. Unfortunately, no one from the residents panicked to help save the neighbors or assist in extinguishing the fire except for one single person. Two people from the neighboring apartments were simply watching while the person inside the apartment was calling for help. Thankfully, assistance was eventually provided and everyone is safe, but is it reasonable that the fire alarm system did not work at all???!!!! And when the security guard was asked, he said that it had been turned off the day before???!!!!!!! More importantly, even two days after the fire, and until the time of writing this post, the corridor is still dirty and ha…”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Why are we paying service charges??? For the record, I am an owner, not a tenant.”

“5/5 Stars! I'm thrilled to have found my dream apartment here! The spacious, closed kitchen was a rare find in Dubai, and the location is perfect - no traffic and easy accessibility. The building's facilities impress: - Well-maintained gym - Beautiful pool area But what sealed the deal was the 5-year payment plan for a ready property, making homeownership affordable and stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“I cannot overstate how awful my experience renting in this building was. If you’re considering moving here, don’t. Save yourself the endless frustration, discomfort, and regret. Humidity in the building felt like living in a damp cave year-round, build quality is a joke, constant electricity and water heater issues, AC noise and smell (probably from all the mold in the ducts!) ...etc. The smell and cleanliness of the building were another nightmare, garbage rooms often had piles of trash. On top of that, cockroaches were a constant problem! the whole building is infested and building management never bothers with pest control. Parking situation: Mezzanine parking, where birds enjoying hanging around the HVAC pipes at the celling and defecating on cars in the lot, enjoy washing your car daily. and if you ever had any issues with your parking remote...apparently it takes 4 months to get it fixed. Building management: absolutely terrible. unresponsive, dismissive, and extremely incompetent. Their lack of professionalism and urgency felt like talking to a wall. I had a neighbor doing major re-construction works for his unit, an unbearable level of noise and vibration, constant hammering and drilling 7 days a week for 3 months, their answer was simply "Please cooperate and live with it" before stopping answering any calls or texts altogether! I wouldn’t recommend this building to my worst enemy. yes, it might seem tempting as probably this is the cheapest building in DSO, but it's cheap for a reason, and you'll get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs!”
