“I completely agree with the previous comments. I do not recommend it! The floor is old and crumbling, cockroaches everywhere, poison doesn't help. You will have a lot of headaches with the company, Asteco (Colliers now), and their main mission is to take as much money from you as possible!
And parking problems every time! A lot parking slots, but you or your friends can’t use it lol”

“Terrible living conditions. The building is old and poorly maintained wooden floors are infested, and cockroaches are everywhere. Even after multiple complaints, the building management refuses to address the issues. If you value cleanliness and a comfortable home, do yourself a favor and spend a little more to live somewhere better.”

“If I would , I would have given a 0 rating.
Management is entirely unresponsive and adherence to basic rules are missing. There is no visitor parking wherein the whole ground floor is lying vacant.”

“Binghatti Terraces offers a pleasant living experience with many positive attributes. The building's design and amenities are noteworthy, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for residents. However, there are a couple of notable drawbacks. The frequent triggering of the fire alarm disrupts the peace and can be quite bothersome. Additionally, the issue of residents dropping cigarette ash from their balconies, disturbing those living below, is a concern that impacts the overall quality of living in the community. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall appeal of Binghatti Terraces as a residential choice.”

“I have been staying here for almost two years. Not a good experience, at all.
The apartments are nice, but that's about it.
The infrastructure of the building is really bad. The security team is not the best. The management company (Asteco) are horrible, maybe should have read the reviews on them before signing the contract, and I would really recommend any potential tenant to seriously consider their decision before moving in. I understand the apartments look attractive, but the management company will make your life a living hell, and you can see that from the reviews under their Google page. Only move in if this is the last resort.
But the biggest issue I have with them, is the parking.
The building has over 20 empty parking spots (designated to visitors, carpooling, EV vehicles, etc.), that are locked and cannot be used. So, you have half the building looking for a 2nd parking spot in the building, but the management decides to not allow anyone to park in these empty spots to keep their green status active or whatever. So as a resident with two cars, I have to struggle every day to find alternative parking without paying daily to park in RTA's spots, while my building has A LOT of empty parking spots that are reserved for visitors and green vehicles??Issue is, even visitors cannot use these spots. This is mind boggling, I cannot even comprehend the logic behind whoever made the decision to not allow the tenants to park in perfectly empty parking spots. They can simply give the tenants a chance to rent them, but no, they can't even make a simple decision to make the tenant's life easier. It won't even cost them anything, it's just empty space after all.
I was born in the UAE and have stayed in over 6 different buildings in different areas, and this is by far, the worst.”

“I'll go mad because of fire alarm in the mornings. The guy at the reception always knows nothing about what is happening and it looks like he just calls the over guy to turn off the alarm sound.”
