The building is TRASH HAS MOLD AND ROACHES HIGH RENT THE DAY SECURITY is the WORST has a bad attitude Trained pple in money extortion MAINTENANCE is ZERO even common area air-conditioners aren't turned IN GARBAGE CHUTE is always OPEN PAINT ALWAYS SCRAPPING OFF CHILLER NOT COOLING ENOUGH DURING SUMMERS CHILLER DUCTS ARE ALWAYS FULL OF DUST BACHELORS AND PARTITIONS NOT ENOUGH PARKING ALWAYS HAS LEFTOUTS AND TRASH IN GROUND LEVEL COMMON AREAS”

“10 times to think if you wanna come and live here. As we didn’t know anything in Dubai when we just came as a new we got caught☹️, building is so old and maintenance is on zero level. Smell on the floor is horrible as trash compartment doesn’t close even after request to check and fix it. And cherry on the cake is chilled company ISTA which disconnected chiller in summer cause their workers are not correct and money what we paid every months came no one know where.”

“there are two lifts in the building, one of them 3 weeks in 1 month doesnt works at all”

“Looks like most of the reviews are old and might be paid or from their accomplices. Horrible building, worst management, in name of security just security number is there. For days you won't be able to see security on his desk. Call itself a family building and the next day somebody tore that sticker. Many apartments have been occupied by bachelors now, we made a big mistake by renting an apartment here.”
