“I think Dubai land department need to pay attention property building name Jamal building pmz sad to sad but the building management running families life badly. The problem is no action has been taking seems like the building owner or the management are here to scam tennis. Sorry but I’m running out of patience. As I’m talking right now there is no AC in my apartment. Any many more problems in this building I really hope the Dubai land department can help out for the safety of my family. Paying for services received nothing but stress.”

“I think Dubai land department need to pay attention property building name Jamal building pmz sad to sad but the building management running families life badly. The problem is no action has been taking seems like the building owner or the management are here to scam tennis. Sorry but I’m running out of patience. As I’m talking right now there is no AC in my apartment. Any many more problems in this building I really hope the Dubai land department can help out for the safety of my family. “Now there have full labours, it's not good for families parking area is very small we can't turn the car there. Also maintenance is worst. They will not change any simple light also, all the day water supply is very slow, full wall paint is coming out, don't suggest anybody for this flat”

“Very disappointing building public areas and corridors AC not working the building very hot your apartment AC on still it’s not working properly. Be coz the building AC is off Evan during the summer. And o top of that you paying almost 800 to 900 AED average AC Bill every month I am just waiting to finish my one year to get out of this appointment.”
