What one reviewer said

“The building management is an absolute disaster. Ever since they changed hands, everything has fallen apart. They are completely incompetent, unresponsive, and unprofessional. There’s no follow-up on complaints, maintenance requests are ignored, and the building is going from bad to worse. It’s clear that the current management doesn’t care about the residents at all. This place has become a mess because of poor leadership and zero accountability. Would never recommend—stay away and save yourself the stress. It doesn’t deserve even 1 star and this isn’t exaggeration.”

“I do not recommend living here They don't care about repairs and always lie Poor building There are no maintenance workers there This place is a mess due to poor management and accountability. I left this facility and I have been waiting a month and a half to receive deposit And after that, after a fight, they gave me the check and it was minus 50 dirhams. They said they would return 800 to me, and I have an email about this. They gave me 750, and when I told her about the 50 dirhams, she started talking drama. I want to wait a long time for them to change the check and add 50 dirhams. I took the check and left. Be very careful of this building. I prefer to live on the street and not here.”

“I will not recommend it, the rent cheque aren’t deposited on time, they would wait for another month and have your rent amount accumulated. Poorest building, property management and maintenance. The shower water is very weak, clogging everywhere from the bathroom to the sink.”
