“One of the worst managed building i have ever lived in. Maintenance is very bad, and i stayed in my apartment with no AC for 4 months. I called maintenance several times and they would come look at the AC and tell me it is a problem with the AC unit in the building and never fixed anything. The security is never at the main entrance so anyone can come into the building. The building manager is useless they only take your money and deduct almost 500 dhs from your deposit for "general maintenance" when infact the year i lived there the AC didnt work properly and i had leakage from the kitchen and my bathroom at least 15 times, when you call "maintenance" all they do is unclog the drainage for you. please be very careful and double check the apartment before you give your money to this building and their owners.”
