“I have been living in this building for just one month, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. First of all, the kids’ pool area has been “under repair” since before we moved in. Every week, management promises that the work will start “next week,” yet nothing actually happens. The same excuse keeps repeating, and no one takes real responsibility or gives a clear update. In addition, the overall maintenance of the building is very poor. The hallways are not cleaned properly, and even the staff members seem completely unaware of what is happening in the building. There is no proper communication from management — not even a contact email where residents can reach out…”

“It was a tiring experience and I ask everyone to inquire about the real estate developer before any rental or purchase action and to know which area it belongs to because the real estate developer's area is the worst in Dubai emirate, and make sure of the name of the company you are renting from because the treatment after ending the contract will begin the suffering after they take your money you will be in a different place than what you paid for. Be careful with whom you deal and make sure that once your money leaves your pocket you will not receive any service or respect.”

“I have been living in this building for just one month, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. It’s really disappointing to see such lack of organization, follow-up, and basic cleanliness from a building management that should care about its residents. I hope they start taking these issues seriously because right now, the service is far from acceptable.”

“Could be better. Maintenance inside the apartment is quick and helpful but anything that needs fixing outside the apartment such as the hallways, amenities or lobbies they ask for permission from the owner who is magically always on vacation so it takes months and months to get approval. Thks building used to be bery nice but lack of maintenance really ruined it.”

“Spick and Span building to say the least. Very proper finishing, like of which you rarely see in new developments in Jvc. The landlord Mr.Talal is present weekly on the premises and is very meticulous regarding the overall look and state of the building, including efficiency of staff. The building staff and facilities management are very helpful and friendly, as long as you don't ask anything of them that's out of the building rulebook. Pool area is a dream, Gym is up to date with very fine equipment. Bravo”

“In this building the person who is on reception is very annoying. Today I went there for internet connection for one of my customer I finished my job after that I went down to reception sit there on couch and waiting for my driver to pick me up. That reception person told me that it's not allowed to sit there I told him I'm waiting for my driver he'll here within 5 to 6 min he said no stand up from there don't sit I ask him if it's not allowed to sit there than why you guy's put the couches there he have no answer So it's seem annoying so be careful if you're going to be residence of that building if someone who know you to visit your place they will not allow to sit that person 🤔”
