“Very nice place to stay with Family, all amenities is there a big swimming pool with life guard, pool attached with balcony also, reserved parking, kids area. Gym is little congested but it's good. Room space superb. Price is according the area, that is affordable and it's very close to all main points of Dubai. No traffic for in and out in the community Even peak hr also. Very Nice.”

“If you ever think of moving or staying in Crystal resident in Jvc give it a big thought about it not once not twice at least 3
times. I’ve been asking to fix my ac for the pass months following up every single day since June 4th now is July 10th and they haven’t send anyone to check or nothing , my family and I been living in an ovens for the pass months now . If you ask why don’t I call the people from outside to fix ??? The building is not allowing outside service to do any work in there buildings it has to approve through the buildings the temperature is 29 c at night in the apartment good luck sleeping and good luck if you ever think of moving to Crystal resident . ( I’ve been asking ( Nicole Bellera ) G08”

“I have lived here for 6 months, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Management is quick to help whenever needed. The location is quiet yet close to shops, restaurants and main road. I would highly recommend Crystal Residence”

One person who deserves a special mention is Faizan from the security team. He’s always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. “I’ve had many disappointing experiences living in this building. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of professionalism and accountability from the security team. On multiple occasions, issues have been handled inconsistently, and legitimate concerns raised by residents have not been addressed appropriately.
Security should help create a safe and welcoming environment, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. I hope management takes resident feedback seriously and improves the standard of service.”

“Our one-month stay at Crystal Residence was unfortunately overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of one of the security staff, Fazaan.
Despite having an allocated parking space included with our stay, he repeatedly refused to let us use it, claiming that because we booked through Airbnb we had to park outside. This made no sense, as the parking space was assigned to our unit.
Instead of being helpful or trying to resolve the situation, he was consistently rude, dismissive, and uncooperative. Security staff should facilitate residents' access and treat everyone with respect, regardless of how they booked their accommodation.
This experience left a very negative impression of the building's management and service.”

“First of all, the building management has no respect for residents and sets poorly developed rules. I have lived in this building for 3 years. When my hands were full with bags of food and I couldn't search for my card in my purse because I didn't want to put the food on the floor, I knocked on the door. The person sitting at reception, seeing all this, did not open the door. When I asked why they didn't open the door, knowing me as a resident of this building, they remained silent. Some man in red and white motorcycle gear started speaking to me rudely, saying I need to use my card. I replied that my hands were full and I didn't want to put food on the floor, and he kept rudely repeating "you should have access card." It turned out later that this was one of the building managers. Without introducing himself, he just started yelling at me about the card and told the receptionist not to open the door for me. After I told my husband and he went to resolve it, this man just rode away on his motorcycle and didn't even want to discuss the situation with my husband. A question for the building managers! How can you know who wants to enter the building if you don't open doors? And then, what kind of nonsense is it to order not to open the door for a building resident when you see they can't open it themselves? And this happened many times, even when guests came to visit me. Second! Pool maintenance is disgusting! The umbrellas are old, I had to hold them in my hands so they wouldn't fall on me while I was under them. After my complaint they replaced them with new cheap umbrellas that still need to be held so they don't blow away and fall at the slightest wind. The pool water doesn't cool at all, it's always hot. And it's only cold in winter, which of course makes sense why. Third! What was actually the last straw that made me write this review is uncultured neighbors who smoke and throw cigarette butts directly on my artificial grass. And they throw unextinguished butts that set the grass on fire and even threw some right next to the bamboo. Thank God there was no fire. But it could happen at any moment because of such situations. Neighbors completely disregard basic safety rules. The managers should have taken care of how to solve this problem instead of damaging relationships with residents who have been living in this building long enough.”
