“Well maintained Building with 24 hrs security services. It is placed very close to the circle mall, JVC. Outside and basement parking facilities with a huge number of slots. Specialized and expertise maintenance team available. Well cleaned and maintained swimming pool with kids pool at 3rd floor. Placed very near the entrance of Jumeirah village circle. Easy to enter and exit. Dedicated life guards, security team, house keeping staff and maintenance team services available. All staff are very friendly and providing very professional services.”

“Am just a cleaner who want to sit at there sofa bcoz i clean there tenant apartment but the security guard shift in the night said only for tenant and nobody sit in the sofa so rude its so hot outside”
