“We’ve been living here for almost a year, and one thing that the quality of the apartments is excellent. Having lived in Dubai for several years, I can honestly say Ellington offers some of the best build quality and finishes , we have previously lived in another building in JVC which constantly had maintenance issues with the property, The building is also very family friendly, and the security team is always helpful especially Babar, who has been fantastic. We were a little concerned after reading reviews about noise, but our apartment faces the pool and we’ve had no issues at all. Another big plus is the location everything is within walking distance, including grocery stores, pharmacies…”

“We’ve been living here for almost a year, and one thing that the quality of the apartments is excellent. Having lived in Dubai for several years, I can honestly say Ellington offers some of the best build quality and finishes , we have previously lived in another building in JVC which constantly had maintenance issues with the property, The building is also very family friendly, and the security team is always helpful especially Babar, who has been fantastic. We were a little concerned after reading reviews about noise, but our apartment faces the pool and we’ve had no issues at all. Another big plus is the location everything is within walking distance, including grocery stores, pharmacies, gyms, cafés, and other daily essentials. The fire alarms can be a nuisance this is something they should work on.”

“There are children playing almost every single day and the windows do not cover well the noise so you do hear some yellings and I know some neighbors already complained. It is like they are playing in my own apartment. Other Ellington buildings that are more modern, are much better like Belgravia where I used to live.”

“Horrible apartments in this building. The noise isolation is inexistant. You can hear your noisy and unrespecfull neighbors, cars, honks, people talking in the street even when you use earplugs. The security is not doing their job properly, after many complaints, the situation is still the same with the neighbors, they got no fine, nothing. Do not rent or buy in this building if you’re willing to live in it.”

“They launched alarm at 4 am… what a nasty ppl Another problem its small parking spaces. I have to squeeze between wall and car every day. No one can do anything. Building many ignoring.”

“We used to love Eaton place, but it's now getting worse every month that goes by, for at least 3 reasons: - It's the 4th or 5th time this year that the building will be "testing the fire alarm". On December 24th and 25th from 9am to 5pm. We cannot even celebrate Christmas in peace. - There's already some cracks on the walls after a few years of construction, and most residents can hear every noise from their upstairs neighbors. - It's quiet until kids start yelling - this can last for hours.”

“Very bad building Dont ever wonder how the building look because what you will live its the hill The building administration will always ignore your request your problem ... For the pool you cannot take your rest or chill because every second the security come to stop u if u drink or eat or ever breath Not allowed to smoking outside or seating with guests come to your Appartment Its like you live in work office and not your Appartment And too much others maintenance problems never solved For the parking they have issue Every day every night the sound of cars coming and go out you will hear it from your bed Its cauchemar”
