“If you want your deposit back, don't rent here. When you move out, they'll give you an exorbitant quote for various reasons, deducting your entire deposit for a complete renovation, including all bathroom fixtures, the kitchen, wardrobes, etc. Most of these renovations will be for things that don't actually exist or were already like that when you moved in. They'll also charge exorbitant prices for painting and cleaning. The house is infested with cockroaches, and there's constant construction work in the hallway, filling the air with a pungent odor. For your health, don't live here.”

“Worst living experience at Golden Homes 1, JVC. I have been living here for the past month and every month there is no water supply for 10–12 days. Even now, there has been no water for the last 3 days. There is no proper cleaning or sanitation, and cleaning is done only once in 2–3 days, that too very poorly. On top of this, the rent is increased every month without any proper justification, which is completely unfair. The property staff are very rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to speak respectfully and never provide proper solutions to complaints. They promise everything at the time of renting, but the reality is completely different. I strongly advise everyone not to move here. Highly not recommended.”

“This building golden home This security guard of this building is very bad and does not treat anyone well. He talks rudely to everyone. He talks angrily to everyone. I don't know what's wrong with him.&I request the owner of this building to explain to him/her to change the guard.Next time he does something like this, I will call the police directly next time. Okay, I won't see anyone. Ok”

“At the beginning of my contract with them everything was ok for the price that we pay. Then from one day to another they change security team. They allow people to park in your parking space and don’t want to solve the problem. I got 3 leak in 1 month. Thank to the maintenance team it got repair ( maybe the best thing in the building) Pool close for almost 3 months. Lift not working since almost 3 or 4 days now thanks god is not a building of 30 floors. And when you tried to make them understand the problem they make you feel that you are the crazy one. Security team there is Has been and not solving issues . First time I complain to them but when is too much is too much.”
