“Select group did a fantastic job with this tower. The apartments are spacious and very well finished. The building management is very good and cooperative. The amenities are epic with an infinity pool on the marina and with a gym with state of the art equipment.”

“Worst reception ever. Discrimination is so much. We are a cleaner of a holiday homes and we always use cart when we go for cleaning in our units.Need to wait for the service lift like 1hr before we can come down because reception is so lazy to assist us for the lift. There service lift has access so we wait for them if they want to help us or no.”

“Say goodbye to your sleep if you take any apartment in this building facing the mosque side. The mosque is incredibly loud, sometimes even more than 90 decibels ! You will be woken up every single day at 4am and it will last 15-20 minutes.”

“Nice tower, good amenities and quality BUT!!! The mosque next door to it is super super loud and wakes me up every night! And the a/c is very very strange! It doesn't properly work!”

“No.9 by 'Select Groups.' Top notch residential building, living space is huge! Great for large sized families. It's right beside Marina walk, just 1minute close. There's carrefour market beside it. It deserves five star.”
