“I'm staying here for last 2 years. The landlord and the building management are in constant legal issues and tenant's legal rights are ignored. Update (25/06/2026): The landlord of this building is in legal fights with the building management. We have deposited checks, they have encashed; yet Ejari is not issued. Moreover, security deposit is not returned if we move out.”

“The quality of the building and the finishing is poorly executed. A lot of leakage issues and malfunctions happening on a regular basis”

“Low quality of a maintenance in a building, and all materials, kitchen furniture most cheap, always something leaking from somewhere - ac, pipes etc. A lot of ants everywhere. Terrible condition of parking walls, small lots. Regularly annoying sounding fire alarm - if real fire comes you will never know that is real. Construction nearby, road, and mosque also doesn’t help to get calm in that building.”

“Don’t bother. I’m ok with all normal issues but I’ve been living here for almost a year. It’s normal to wake up at 3am on fire alarm for absolutely no reason. It will stay active for about an hour. No one will own it.”
