“The building was built with good quality and I dont have to think twice to choose this as my home back in 2020. Nice open air jacuzzi, pool, steam room, sauna and a nice health club. All the facilities were well maintained and it was Asteco who was managing it back then. It was a well secured building with access to only tenants with the building access card. The building service got deteriorated since the management got changed in 2021 now no jacuzzi for more than a year, no functional steam room for gents, parking is open to everyone with barrier not functioning also the building gates open without any security. You will find parking and residence corridors without functional lights. The n…”

“No AC in roof (gym and bathrooms) for 6 months now, no maintance care, cheap door handles that break every 2 months, Jacuzzi Not working... And the best part is… they are increasing the rent each year.”

“Building is good for 3 months and the rest of the year, full of troubles… No AC’s in reception and Gym upstairs, summer time it’s like sauna up, Jacuzzi is not working and always dirty, Kitchen sockets are not available at all maybe 2 sockets in the whole kitchen… Great building just managed very very poorly… if different management takes over and fix few things, this could be rented much higher.”

The new management is so pathetic they do not know how to maintain a good building like this and I have decide to find a new home. Stay away if you Asico on your property.”

“We have sadly witnessed this building turn into a trashy / unclean building unfortunately. It is very noisy with bad frequentation. Also it is managed by the worst agency : Asico. They will try to steal your money as much as they can. RUN AWAY!!!!”

“Landlord never respond. Company building management literally doesn't care about the building and never answer to tenants. Cleaning is very poor. No covid 19 measures taken. Swimming pool closed since one year. Window cleaning has never been done since the opening of the building. Poor finishing and many more issues. 80% of the tenants have signed a document provided to the management and tenant in order to take measures and nobody answers. Avoid this building.”
