“Poor management company. A/c is always not working properly (not going below 27 in the night time) and water leaking every week. Send hundreds of email for maintenance. However, no respond from the maintenance and management company. Attached pictures for your reference”

“Lovely Building showing great Arabic look. This building have 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. Well Equipped Gymnasium and Swimming Pool on roof top of building. 1 covered parking for each apartment. All apartments have balcony and close kitchen.”
