“Maintenance are difficult to connect with, Painting house only after 5 years well that s a lot other management they paint every 2 years , they try to fix issues but any how I don t think FAB is running the building anymore .”

“Looks like they have taken down all previous reviews. This was easily the worst building I have stayed in during my past 13 years in the UAE. A long list of maintenance issues, no AC during two hot summer months, smelly bathrooms, and what not. On top of that the worst possible maintenance company coupled with the most irresponsible and unethical building management and staff from FAB. Our experience with this building was nothing less than a nightmare and eventually I had to pay FAB to allow me to leave. Disgusting and disgraceful package - please stay away...”

“The property is managed by FAB .There are so many problems with this building -Access /Parking ,the parking that is allotted ,hygiene of the building ,AC -yes something basic like airconditioning ,we were without the basics that we were paying for for almost 1.5 months & also when we moved in for 3 months the exhaust opened into the airconditioning making the house smell like a giant toilet,the parking alotted does not fit any cars they have been constructed in the most grotesque manner /DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING /WE ARE LIVING THROUGH HELL & THEY ARE GIVING US A TERRIBLE TIME MANAGING THE LEASE”
