The building features an old Arabic architectural look, giving it a unique and charming character that sets it apart from the modern glass towers nearby. Apartments come in 1BHK and 2BHK options, and they’re generally spacious and well-lit. The building includes 3 basement levels for parking, which is very convenient for residents with vehicles. On the rooftop, you’ll find a gym and a swimming pool—both well-maintained and offering great views of the surrounding area. Ground-floor shops make daily errands easy, and the location itself is well-connected to major parts of Dubai. A great option for those who appreciate traditional aesthetics with modern facilities. Just be aware that the building is a bit older in style, which some might find less modern, but many will find it charming and peaceful.”

“Building is clean. They clean common areas everyday. Carpark bright and flat layouts are decent You hear all the noises from Al Khail Road Maintenance can be better. They will come to fix but kitchen sink and shower enclosure still leaking.”
