“Nice only 1bhk apartments building, very calm and peaceful. No gym pool. Only parking available. All apartments have balconies. Some are close kitchen some have semi open kitchen. Amazing views from balcony which are al Khail road side with creek Harbor view. Maintenance is nice. Grocery also available in same building”

“Affordable price for 1 bedroom flat but so many issues in the room. It is a brand new building but cracks are everywhere inside room since you walk in. Sockets are not proper installed and out of wall-mounted. Some sockets are not working. AC is not working well. Parking barriers work well only one side. No facilities and swimming pool in the building. No pest control done for the building. Agent is unhelpful not value for commission. Taking long time responding for maintenance. Terrible!!”
