“Take apartment here only if you own a vehicle. No public transport, share taxi, car lift etc available here. Very deserted place around with minimum light. No proper roads access as well. Real estate agents will try to push you to rent out the space, but take only if you have your own car”

“At dawn, sewage smells come out and honestly it's unbearable, and in the morning there's also a food smell. The ventilation is weak and this problem needs to be fixed.”

“It is a nice Buliding. neat and clean building good parking and big interance for car, clean from inside but the windows from outside are dirty... they are supposed to clean it at least twice a year”

“It might be a nice building with good finishing but I didn't proceed with renting in there as for the restaurant down there, the smell in the corridors is so strong that stick to your clothes the minute you step out of the elevator.. Petty how the ventilation system is so poor in many nice beautiful buildings and apartments..”
