“I think its the worse building in terms of maintenance. smell at reception, they intentionally stopped AC to cut DEWA bill. No GYM maintenance since 3yr, no swimming pool etc. AHMED the building manager is very rude. He take security, Ejari amount from tenant and put in his pocket. I am sure owner also don't know about this. When we asked security back he threatened you can go anywhere to complaint. Sending email and saying don't send email. Next building L residency also managed by him, there also same issue started.”

“Hello Everyone, My experience in this residence building has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Building maintenance is poorly managed, complaints are often delayed, ignored or attended with temporary solution that fail to resolve the actual issue. Biggest concern is the overall facility management. The facilities manager is unprofessional, unapproachable and often communicates in a rude and dismissive manner when tenants raise legitimate concerns. Instead of feeling supported as a resident, dealing with management becomes an added source of stress,(Toxic Behaviour) Tenants pay to live in a properly maintained and professionally managed building, but unfortunately this place falls far below those expectations. There is a serious need for improvement in maintenance standards, resident communication and management professionalism Based on my experience "I would not recommend this building.”😡”

“The worst building to ever. Apartments are filled with cockroach, failing ceilings, buildings cracking from the inside and worst if something is broken they take ages to send someone to fix it. This is not the first time that they don't come to fix anything. Currently I have a kitchen burnt kitchen light that needs to be replaced. It's 2 days now and still no one has come to replace.”

“Avoid City Tower Residence 5-year tenant here. I’ve been without hot water for two months. Despite several reminders, management refuses to fix it. They also took my Ejari fees a month ago but haven't issued the certificate. When I raised these issues, the property manager was dismissive and unprofessional, essentially telling me to "go ahead" and complain to authorities. I am now doing exactly that by filing a case with the Dubai Land Department (RDC). Avoid this building; they do not care about tenant rights.”
