“0 star for the new imposed facial recognition system. Less privacy, and will be more difficult to get in our own APPARTMENTS, especially when we receive family or friends. They didn’t Even consult before doing that. Don’t like it and will definitely look for a place where my privacy is respected and where I have the choice. To get to our APPARTMENTS we don’t need facial recognition we need our keys and badges. It has always been like hat, what will be the next step, facial recognition before going to the toilet ?”

“My experience is that the security guard who works night shift at the reception does not have manners to speak and is very rude. I have told everyone that this is not a good thing and you should take action against it☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️”

“I book an airbn to see if I will rent an apartment for long-term here as a trial, and first thing... security not letting me in because they follow idiot rules despite I have the all the prooves of my booking. The type of buildings where there is so much stupid "rules" that you have to fight to have anyone coming to visit you, guests, maid, maintenance, this kind of property managmgement nightmares. Landlords, this is how the value of your properties decreased, you pay people who act against your interest! I will never consider renting here again. Security is a disaster!”

“Very nice building with great views of the Marina Skyline and a private beach. This building in Dubai Harbor offers stunning views of the Marina, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The private beach is pristine and easily accessible, while the nearby shops and restaurants add convenience and charm to the experience. Fantastic place to spend a holiday!”

“The security guard in the parking entrance in the evening at 6.30PM is veery rude .. didn’t let me get in .. we were renting a holiday home and he knows since 10 days im parking there and that the owner didn’t give us the parking access card because we didn’t meet him but we can park and we have the number of the parking lot. He let me wait for 10minutes until my husband came down interrupting his Iftar. The security Guard was saying I will let you in only if your husband comes from up.. Thanks 👍🏻”

“Difficult situation with construction on the right side of the building. Construction is ongoing in shifts and doesn't stop 24/7. For some reason the guys are driving piles at night. On the right side of the windows there's construction, and on the left side they've installed cranes and will be building the legendary 3 high-rises. We still have to endure them. Plus the sun after 3pm will be blocked by these buildings, and the entire beach. The area is noisy. The shore is moldy with foam that floats 24/7 - only cleaning can remove it since the water is stagnant. Uncomfortable feeling.”
