“If your apartment faces the Palm, don’t expect peace and quiet. The noise makes it almost impossible to sleep or relax, whether it’s day or night. On top of that, the Palm view is now completely blocked by a new building under construction, which takes away one of the property’s biggest attractions.”

“We are owner of one apartment in Sunrise Bay Tower 2. Facing front mainstreet Beach Vista view and side view Marina Vista T1 Put some speed radars on this street. Or some police controls. Too many speeding cars in night and day. It is very disturbing. Getting awake many times at night cause mostly Ferraris and Lambos speeding with their modified exhausts. Also doing videos while speeding in this busy street. Very dangerous during day. As usual a big accident have to happens before something will be done against these speeding sports cars. Most of them are young drivers. Please do something before a deadly accident happens. Update november 9th 2025: We arrived back in our apartment on 5th november 2025. Horrible working noise all day/night because of new building construction, very near from us there a big place called Ushuaia there are some music events like Black Coffee...all the traffic will get diverted on our street, straight in the residence area at emaar beachfront. A mess with horning cars until 5 am. Impossible to sleep. Until now also many accidents already happened because of speeding sports cars and still now nothing got done to avoid this dangerous driving. Also a big issue, car drivers still horning during day and night even with new law: Misusing car horns carries AED 400 fine and 4 black points. Update december 14th 2025: Event again in Ushuaia 13th november 2025. Video taken at 4:15 am in Emaar Beachfront. Third event since we back in november 5th. Just enjoy.”

“Sunrise Tower 2 – A Paradise for Construction Site Enthusiasts "If you've always dreamed of living on a permanent construction site set, then Sunrise Tower 2 is exactly right for you! Here you can watch the hardworking international workers and other construction workers do their work at night, developing a new tower with dedication. It's like a 24/7 live action film, only without popcorn, but with plenty of construction noise. The view is priceless – especially if you're a fan of cranes, concrete mixers and flashing warning lights. And who needs a television anyway when you can watch the spectacle of a major construction site right in front of your window in the evening? Only downside: If you want to take a quick nap, you should have industrial-grade earplugs ready on the balcony. But hey, who needs sleep when you can witness the creation of an architectural masterpiece (or something like that)? Conclusion: Sunrise Tower 2 is an experience for all the senses – especially for the sense of hearing. A must for anyone looking for something special and loves construction site romance!"”

“Simply terrible fire alarm conditions. I've never seen worse. The sound is so loud that it causes harm to health, the nervous system, and it's impossible to escape and simply leave the house in case of fire. I don't recommend anyone live here. Especially if you have children and pets! Simply horrifying!”

“The alarm system is dangerously loud. It causes panic, ear ringing, and severe stress even after the alarm stops. During a fire alarm it becomes impossible to leave the apartment because of the extreme sound level. We have to sit on the balcony at this time ..it’s discusting! This is not fire safety — it creates additional danger instead of helping evacuation. Such sound levels make residents disoriented and unable to act properly. This is not a normal or safe condition for a residential building and seriously affects residents’ well-being. Please take a necessary actions to reduce the volume of the signal !!!! Otherwise Here not safety to live at all !!!!”

“The construction noise 24/7 is unbearable. Yes, even at night. You really can't talk about relaxation here because there's constant noise. In the evenings, car honking is added to it and don't forget the loud sports cars that constantly race through the street, which I personally also find very dangerous. Otherwise, I find the area and the apartments here very nice, but the noise is unbearable for me.”
