“Started off great, We were promised that the hinges of cupboards will be changed as they are old and the cabinets won’t close. 2 years in the place still not done A/C gets busted no one responds and I need to take a day off from work to call the technician and have him come and check it. (They don’t work sat/ sun) My bathroom had a flood due to water heater leak, no emergency service as it happened on a saturday, had to wait until monday for someone to come. He told me water heater is broken. He didn’t fix the leak. It’s definitely not as flooded as before but still there is a small amount of leak. My water heater has been out of service for the past 10 days and no news of the replacement yet. The parking situation around the building is horrible and they refuse to rent me a parking spot. Mind you i asked to PAY for an extra parking spot. They keep saying it’s not possible and have 5 spots closed for “management vehicles” Overall horrible experience after horrible experience and no one cares to help. Only getting robotic responses as if the tenant problems are inconveniencing their otherwise wonderful day. I am definitely not renewing there next year.”

“Worst management and building ever Cockroach everywhere in the building..no sound isolation I can hear neighbors opposite to my apartment...AC is very bad and the fan is tooooo loud...gas is double the price as they are taking 1dhs per day for their benefits..I moved here since 7 months and I really regret it”
