“This building is okay , as the kitchen accessories and things with the home essentials are very weak . Everything gets expired or breaks in few months only . Also there's an issue with the gas here it gets turned off sometimes so we have to call someone to fix it , also the rent is v. Costly. Only good about it is that it has nice big corridors and the only thing i love about it is the balcony and view.”

“Pathetic maintenance service, plumbing problems, bad smell from drainage, Maintenance people are extremely slow to respond, they will only come in your duty hours 9-5, no flexibility Water leakage from ceiling is very often 2 stars for location and size of the apartments”

“No answerability, extremely poor maintenance services,hapless security, water seepages all around in flats, cockroaches are permanent, terrible service response including of carpenter,plumber, electrician etc. Only flat layout and location is good.”
