“​I know this building has a lot of old negative reviews from 2 years ago, but things have changed a lot since I moved in a year ago. ​The older reviews complained about broken and crowded lifts. While it was busy during my first two months, management has since evacuated the crowded bachelor bedspaces. It’s almost entirely families now, and the lifts are much calmer and all working. ​Management provides quick, free maintenance for minor issues. ​The only downside: Some irritating tenants park poorly and take up two slots. ​Overall, it’s a much better place to live now. Kudos to the management for fixing the major issues!”

“Worst building and worst management in Dubai, for any family plz avoid this building even with free cost rent because your life will drag to hill, I cancelled my contract in the middle of.”

“Place for sharing, not even good sharing its poor sharing, full of dirty and bed spaces, we are running away as a family we cannot survive here this a camp, worker camp.Veryyyyy bad management!!!! They cut the water on us and they no answering at all, run away don’t ever take an apartment here.”

“This is by far the most terrible real estate company I have ever come across. They show absolutely no respect for tenants’ time or well-being. The elevators have been out of service for months, and they cut the water supply repeatedly without giving any notice. Such mismanagement is unacceptable. If ratings allowed, I would give them -5 stars. Avoid them at all costs—I strongly warn against dealing with this company.On top of that, they cheat tenants by charging extra money. All of them are thieves, especially the office staff – complete “Ali Baba gang.” In the middle of the contract, they charged us AED 5,000 in the name of maintenance and also took AED 10,000 extra rent, claiming “you are bachelors.” But after only 4 months, they put a notice asking us to leave because “this is a family building.” The truth is, in this building 90% are bachelors and only 10% families, and they have looted millions of dirhams by forcing tenants into new contracts and fake maintenance charges. I stayed in Warsan 4, Al Makhtoum Building under their management, and the conditions are pathetic: Every week water supply is stopped. AC never works properly. Only 1 or 2 lifts run, and even those are in terrible condition. Parking is so poorly designed that your car is guaranteed to get damaged. Bathrooms leak water to the floors and into apartments below. Even after looting tenants with fake charges, they never actually do maintenance. Once you are trapped in their contract, they will blackmail you and never listen to any complaints. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this management. They are the worst of the worst.”

“Absolutely Horrible Living Experience – Stay Away! If you enjoy being jolted awake at 3 AM by an ear-piercing fire alarm for no reason, this is the perfect place for you. The alarm system seems to have a personal vendetta against sleep, going off randomly at the most inconvenient hours. And don’t bother calling maintenance—they either don’t exist or have all collectively decided to ignore every request. Something broken? Good luck getting it fixed before you move out. This building is a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.”
