The towers are Serenia Residences East Wing, Serenia Residences North Wing, Serenia Residences The Palm and Serenia Residences West Wing, the tallest of them 10 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2015. Four lifts serve them, roughly 27 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Within 800 metres there are 5 places to eat and 1 park or gym. On foot it rates as mostly car-dependent. Registered rents start around AED 159k a year for a 1 bed.

“I had a terrible experience at Serenia Residences The Palm. This place is completely overloaded with ridiculous rules, and it feels like they are just waiting to fine residents and guests for every tiny thing. The management creates an uncomfortable atmosphere instead of making people feel welcome.
The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Rather than solving problems professionally, they act controlling and arrogant. One of the most absurd things was being told you’re not even allowed to film yourself at the pool because “other people could appear in the background.” Absolutely ridiculous. It felt more like being in a strict prison than a luxury residence.
For the amount of money people pay to stay here, the experience is honestly disappointing. Too many unnecessary restrictions, poor service, and an overall negative atmosphere. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Dubai.”

“We love living here, the place is spotless, very beautiful, calm, quiet and the all the staff are absolutely fantastic, their best asset! From Ms Anna the building manager to the reception staff, gym, pool, maintenance, gardening staff, cleaning, security everyone is amazing, hard working, nice, polite, caring, helpful! ❤️”

“I have been living here for several months and chose this community for its beach access and the expectation of a calm, relaxed environment. While I understand that premium pricing comes with premium locations, the costs here are exceptionally high.
Unfortunately, I regret moving in. Ongoing construction and constant noise have significantly impacted my quality of life. When one project is completed, another appears to be approved, resulting in continuous disruption within the building and in the surrounding area throughout the day.
Based on this experience, the community is not providing value commensurate with the rent and service expectations. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend living here. If the situation does not improve, I will consider pursuing formal and legal options to protect my rights as a resident.”

“Excellent is every aspect. Build quality is very good and the ceiling height is a big advantage in the units. Service and maintenance is also very good.
The lower floors will have more noise but that’s everywhere. Top residence.
Maintenance and management teams make this residence exceptional and a true community. This residence is now 8 years old and looks and feels brand new.”
