“Security security security very bad attitude and treat Residents very bad and if u live there and guest come to you they will make your head very down all security stuff at night must change they act like boss when we even respect them they do it more really very bad experience for Dubai Marina”

“This has to be the worst location for traffic noise. If you have a window open it's a nightmare. All the lambo renters run up and down the road most nights till the early hours testing their rev limiters whilst at a standstill. Cops would make a fortune if they patrolled.”

“I lived in this building for 2 years. The location is just unbeatable. You're in front of the beach and right across the Marina. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, kids play areas and even a green field with real grass and a basketball court. These are the best attributes to Dorra Bay. They also have a good maintenance team and a very kind staff. On the other hand, the elevators are often out of service and since the ceiling of the garage collapsed due to heavy rains in 2022, it is still to be fixed after 3 years...”
