“My stay at Condor Marina Star in Dubai was great, mostly thanks to the fact that when I needed help, the building's receptionists in the person of the girl Madu and her colleague who was in charge of cars and security were extremely kind, responsive, supportive, and most of all I want to thank Madu that even when I needed a taxi at an early hour, she said she could help and would find a driver to come at that time in the morning to pick me up. Once again I want to thank for all the support and for the extremely professional, kind, nice, warm and supportive service from the receptionist named Mandu💝! Thanks again and I highly recommend this building, the high-rise apartments are wonderful, o…”

“My stay at Condor Marina Star in Dubai was great, mostly thanks to the fact that when I needed help, the building's receptionists in the person of the girl Madu and her colleague who was in charge of cars and security were extremely kind, responsive, supportive, and most of all I want to thank Madu that even when I needed a taxi at an early hour, she said she could help and would find a driver to come at that time in the morning to pick me up. Once again I want to thank for all the support and for the extremely professional, kind, nice, warm and supportive service from the receptionist named Mandu💝! Thanks again and I highly recommend this building, the high-rise apartments are wonderful, overlooking the marina and it was five minutes from JBR, where one can go for a walk, sunbathe on the beach, eat in the evening, and have romantic experiences with a loved one. “There is a disgusting sewage smell throughout the building. Aroma diffusers are everywhere to hide this problem, but not to solve it. In the lobby, corridors and apartments - people constantly get headaches from it.”

“New building with direct access to the Dubai Marina canal water line . They write about bad management, but it is important to understand that the building has different apartments from different managers. Some manage perfectly, some worse. We stayed in studios twice. The first time in a studio with a view of the road and construction did not like. But the building itself and the pool in it were very nice. And the second time we rented a studio with a view of the sea and Dubai eye. It was a great experience, beautiful views of the sea, always fresh on the balcony and lots of air. Advice - when choosing a property- better to book sea views apartments.”
