The nearest Metro is Mall of the Emirates, about 16 minutes on foot. Within 800 metres there are 60 places to eat, 38 shops and 14 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 69k a year for a 1 bed.
