“I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling by Vanessa and Bin Suloom Building Management regarding my deposit refund process. Despite constant calls, messages, and emails over the past 2 months, my concerns were repeatedly ignored and my emails were completely ghosted. I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of accountability, especially after living in Dubai for nearly a decade. What was even more frustrating was the excessive maintenance charges — as if I was being handed over a newly constructed property. Even after agreeing to their conditions, the process became exhausting and stressful. As a tenant, I should not have to spend months continuously call…”

“I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling by Vanessa and Bin Suloom Building Management regarding my deposit refund process. Despite constant calls, messages, and emails over the past 2 months, my concerns were repeatedly ignored and my emails were completely ghosted. I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of accountability, especially after living in Dubai for nearly a decade. What was even more frustrating was the excessive maintenance charges — as if I was being handed over a newly constructed property. Even after agreeing to their conditions, the process became exhausting and stressful. As a tenant, I should not have to spend months continuously calling, messaging, and emailing just to receive a response or resolution. After constant follow-ups, I finally got fed up and decided to post this review so others are aware of the experience I faced. The entire experience has been highly unprofessional, disappointing, and mentally draining. I genuinely hope the management improves its customer service, communication, and respect towards tenants in the future. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here based on my experience If you are planning to stay in this building, be prepared to pay maintenance charges as though you are moving into a brand-new apartment — and be ready to forget about getting your deposit back without endless follow-ups.”

“I hope the owner will see my review.. please hire another property manager.. talents If you are considering Home+ Homes to rent apartments please Don’t!! they just want to charge you extra money, very bad incorporative attitude.. Just pay pay pay nothing else Rude staff.. Im 100% sure the owners don’t know how bad they are, specially I had I very bad experience with Roshni and Monika before Incorporating unprofessional Property manager . Zero sense of Customer service.. very poor client satisfaction They don’t know how to value customers and their loyalty Ive been here since 3 years and the service is getting worse”

“One of the worst Building (and management) it’s such a rip off. I stayed for two years. It took them almost 1 year to fix the handle at the main door at the lobby entrance. Bathroom are always clogged. Paid 1900 for security deposit Was only given back AED 115. I was asked for the breakdown and the painting itself was 1200 (for 1 bkh), 200 for cleaning , 200 for kitchen drain clogging and other charges. Stay away from this building.”
