This constant turnover disrupts the sense of stability and community, as it feels like there's always a new set of neighbors adjusting to the space. Additionally, the building primarily accommodates singles and shared tenants, with very few families, which further affects the atmosphere and sense of privacy. Moreover, ongoing construction of new buildings nearby has become a significant issue. These new structures not only block natural sunlight from entering the apartments but also contribute to poor mobile telecommunications coverage, making it difficult to maintain reliable connections. These factors collectively diminish the overall living experience in the building. The maintenance and security services in the building are of high quality. The staff is diligent in ensuring that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and effectively, contributing to a well-maintained environment. Security measures are robust, providing a sense of safety and reassurance for all residents. Additionally, the cleaning standards are exceptional, thanks to the building being relatively new. The cleaning team ensures that the common areas and individual units are kept in pristine condition.”

“Good, clean and fully furnished apartment. Just slightly overpriced and sometimes hallways and elevators aren’t air conditioned. But building even comes with male and female shower and changing rooms, a gym, and a rooftop swimming pool/sitting area”

“Fantastic & Luxurious furnished apartments And when I say furnished means from A to Z feel your self you are in hotel super clean and will Maintained. Gym and swimming pool available. Bring your Inner peace out. Check it and you will love it. Prices are gate for the location and Service. Easy to exit to Anyhow are you want”
