“The swimming pool renovation work started on 3 June 2026, and it has now been around 50 days, but the work is still not completed. This is quite inconvenient for residents, especially families with children who were looking forward to using the facility. In addition, maintenance requests inside the flats and other related work often take weeks to be addressed or completed.”

“Well maintained residential building with small gym and pool in the top floor. Parking is in basement. Bus stop and Metro are walkable but not very near.”
