“I’m very happy living at Al Nahda Views. The management is always accommodating to requests, and the manager is especially understanding and supportive. The staff are friendly and approachable, which makes the building feel welcoming. My flat itself is beautiful, with a nice layout and a well-designed cut between the rooms and living area. It feels spacious and comfortable. The location is also a big plus—it’s conveniently close to my workplace, which saves me a lot of time and effort. Overall, Al Nahda Views combines great management, friendly staff, and a comfortable home in a convenient location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place in Al Nahda.”

“Inspite of leaving the apartment in an excellent condition after staying there only for a year, had to constantly follow up with the building manager (Waleed) to return our security deposit amount. After 3 weeks, we received half the amount of security deposit and we are told AED: 1365/- is deducted from our security deposit so the management can conduct general maintenance and painting for their new tenants. This is so unfair and against what is mentioned in the contract. Thankfully we had taken pictures of the apartment while handing over. Still following up to receive the balance amount. Please beware while making a decision to choose Al Nahda views building.”
