“I love this building it is my home I know a few days ago there was a fire alarm but it wasn’t their fault it was a doctor in this building who smoked in side and olso the management has improved now there is paintings,rules and olso other new stuff and finnaly A NICE NICE NICE VIEW”

“This is my home. Now its SBK Real Estate. Nice place, the guard is kind everytime when you enter the building guard says "Hello!" This is so kind I love it❤”

“Management is terrible!! The people working in the office never solve your issues and they want to charge you for every single thing. There is a guy in the office who is like a Politician making so many promises that he will never do. Then, the same guy complains about the landlord the whole time. You never get the deposit back and they have a woman at the front desk making non-sense rules that doesn’t even exist in the contract. NEVER RENT HERE.”

“the worst building we ever stayed in dubai, the agency is making a lot of money, they didnt return our deposit even though there's no damage, TOO MUCH COCKROACH , no pestcontrol in the building , we requested many times but no response from the crazy management all they want is your cheques ! the maintenance is WORST, they'll ask the tenants to pay for everything even if its beyond the contract, there's no proper road outside to stop accident is very prone literally outside the building , ALWAYS TRAFFIC all the time everyday as it's curved road , there's no good thing about this building , DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY AND DO NOT LIVE IN THIS BUILDING IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHE”

“Building is great but there is no pedestrian nearby, it's scary to cross the road cuz the road in front of it is a curve. Also, no pool. The good notes for this building is that it is literally accessible to everything.”
