“Absolutely terrible construction quality. The windows are not sealed properly at all, and rainwater is literally entering the apartment—even on the 10th floor. This is basic construction failure. Because of this, my expensive furniture and multiple items have been completely damaged. This is unacceptable and shows very poor workmanship and zero quality control. Pathetic execution, careless installation, and no attention to detail. Highly disappointing. Would not recommend at all....!!!!”

“It’s an okay bldg. Rooms are great, elevators are quite big and there’s rarely a waiting period. Best thing about it for me is the location if you’re a commuter. It’s surrounded by a lot of bus routes so you can get around the city pretty easy. Worst thing for me is the gym as it’s not well maintained. Even thought it’s free I think they should make an effort to clean it periodically considering it’s covid season. I have not encountered any issues (yet) with the staff and security so I can’t say if they’re nice but they sure don’t greet much.”

“I am a tenant here since 2018.The management is getting worst every year. Building staff ( cleaners, Security and maintenance guys) are good but the office staff is not helpful unprofessional and rude. Now Management has decided to increase the rent but it is not worth. Too many follow ups are required if you want to get in touch with any higher management member still you will not get any help. Least bothered about the tenant concerns. No swimming pool pathetic and stinking gym I don’t know on what basis the rent is increasing. The quality is getting worst. It has become a commercial building. If you will see too many shops are opened and they are still pressuring the old tenants to pay higher rents. Even now they have introduced additional admin charges at the time of renewal. Would not recommend !!!”

“We moved in this building some 4 months back, we never had any sort of bad experience. The Corridors and all common areas are neatly meaintained. No waiting time for the lift, cordial staff and prompt response to any maintanance issue. Excellent location for public transport as well as for any kind of shopping around.”

“We lived here for two terms and I could say that this is one of the best places in Al Nahda area. Aside from the number of commercials, establishments around us plenty of bus stops are available. It is also not noisy. Regarding the hallway, it is always clean and tidy. The garbage chute is well-maintained. The lifts are clean and available all the time, never crowded. Security Guards like, Khan and Zafran were polite, kind and friendly. Essential establishment are close by, Sahara is a pedestrian walk away. The price of the unit though had increased. from 22,000 to 25,000 something for a 400 sqft studio with balcony. Not bad during 2021...”
