“Sauna has not been cleaned in a year. The walls are cracked and leaking as well the light is not working and thermostat is broken. The ceiling in one of the garbage rooms is falling in. The pool sun loungers are always dirty and and the pool water as well. The pool drain has bird fecal mater and feathers and garbage and it smells. The toilets and shower area of the gym never have toilet paper and are regularly dirty. Management is non responsive to emails and does not maintain the building properly.”

“Overall experience throughout was negative. The only positive was the night security. He was always extremely helpful, and kind. When our water heater blew at 2am he came up to try and help us turn off the water as maintenance wouldn’t be available till 10am. The maintenance guys were also a great help.”

“delivery guys from Noon delivery located on ground floor are littering all the trashes on the street. and they are messing all the traffics”

“The building management is very bad, and it may take days before they respond to your calls. There is a clear problem with the air conditioners; the air is very humid, not clean, and unhealthy, especially for children. Recently, they have taken terrible actions regarding the parking lot, where they installed devices they claimed were modern, but they made the parking experience extremely bad. They also forced tenants to use different parking spots, creating massive chaos in the building. They have allocated only four parking spaces for visitors. For 160 apartments, they allocate only four visitor parking spots! Moreover, the nearest paid parking is 200 meters away from the building. This building is no longer desirable at all; there are many nearby buildings with better prices and better treatment.”

“Art Real Estate is the worst property management I have ever dealt with - they don't reply to e-mails, they don't pick up the phone and it takes them forever to solve any issues in the building (most probably you'll be moving out before anything gets fixed). Art 14 has the worst air quality I have faced - if you cover your AC with white filters, in a month they turn BLACK. The management says that cleaning the ducts or inside the AC system is not their responsibility, therefore NO ONE does this. There is also no point in getting your own AC company to clean the ducts in your apartment, because the system takes air from all around the building and nothing changes in the air quality. If you are a little more sensitive, you'll be sure to develop allergies and have difficulties breathing, not to mention the constant dust smell in your apartment. Also, the last floor of the building is not livable if you like peace and quiet in your life. The faulty construction of the crane railing on the roof is making constant loud banging noises due to the metal expansion throughout the day and night. This has not been fixed since the building was opened and probably never will (not even a petition with tenants' signatures worked). Oh and lets not forget about the constant screaming fire alarm!”
