“I recently had the opportunity to experience living in the majestic tower and overall, it's been a positive experience. The building is ideally located, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and various amenities and restaurants. The building boasts a variety of modern amenities, including a fully-equipped fitness center. The property management team has been responsive and professional. Whenever there’s an issue, maintenance is prompt and efficient. While the building is centrally located, it remains surprisingly quiet inside. “Never get to this building if you want to leave in a place with peace, the management company who is taking care of this building is extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful, and super greedy!!!!”

“Worst building and management. The corridors are not clean—it feels like you're living in Bur Dubai or Deira. The first floor, which is the amenity floor, always has a bad smell, like someone is cooking or there are unpleasant odors.”

“I stayed again for four days and was pleasantly surprised as the building had a new management company. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Its location is perfect right in Downtown Dubai but still away from the busy streets. The building sits by the canal with beautiful views and a scenic walkway. Bay Square is just a short walk away, offering great restaurants and supermarkets. A great mix of convenience and comfort. Highly recommended”

“One of worst security I am delivery driver today I came 1st entrance key lost by someone so I go 2 and gate this security guard don't open the gate he said go again 1st gate and inform the security than I go again so I entered in exit gate because I have row fish in side my van it very critical After he came he shouted me and lady who's working in delevaro like unfrpasanal guy I asked him way u didn't open the gate he said simply that's not he's job instead of solving problems he makes Problems it happened this morning 3 person on duty me since 2 years every day I hope management will think about it”

“The worst experience in the history of renting apartments for a long term! it feels like you are not living in the center of Dubai. The surrounding area is very dirty, everyone who wants to parks in front of and behind the building, everyone who wants to sits in the lobby of the building. There are 2 “restaurants” in the building that create a traffic jam like in Macdrive. The owners of Majestic tower don't care, as long as they have money from everyone who rents apartment there! I do not advise anyone to rent an apartment in this building, especially for a long term!”
