About Burj Views

Burj Views is a development of four towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai, with 232 apartments between them. The towers are Burj Views A, Burj Views B, Burj Views C and Burj Views East Tower (Tower C). Emaar completed it in 2009. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro station is a 22-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 1 tram stop is 5 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 91 places to eat, 8 shops and 8 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 80k a year for a studio.

“I had a disappointing experience with the security personnel, who was unfamiliar with proper procedures and came across as rude and unprofessional. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the service.”

“Very bad security, especially who are making permit. Even you have work permit they'll not allow you. Don't take apartment in this building otherwise no maintenance team will go there. We are struggling last 4-5 times. Now we can't catch any work regarding maintenance just because of security.”

“Managed by idiots, don’t respect guests. AC is hot - they do not care of course, and this building is in a bad position. You cannot see burj khalifa because there is another building in front of it!”

“Great tower in Downtown. Very friendly neighborhood vibe. Carrefour, coffee shop, pharmacy all conveniently located. Mall only a few minutes by foot. Great street parking for guests and additional visitors parking inside the building.”
