“Terrible building - deteriorated interiors, lots of problems, noise and from construction sites nearby please don’t rent here. Owner of the building is not refunding my deposit. It has been 1 month of following up and when asked Harbor Real Estate (building management) keeps telling me payment is being processed. i’m having now resort to filing a complaint with RERA to get my rightful deposit back. Also owner of the building put unnecessary charges at move out including usual wear and tear items such as water marks on the bathroom countertop, silicon going yellow on the bathtub, etc abd they give no rights for tenant to argue about that. If you don’t want these problems, do not rent here.”
