“Anyone who tolerates continuous garlic cooking odours…”

“Anyone who tolerates continuous garlic cooking odours, constant noise, absence of shops, pharmacies or cafés, structural vibration whenever the gym is in use, complete transmission of every sound, lack of corridor cooling that allows all smells to enter apartments, and corridors cleaned only once a week (remaining dirty the rest of the time) may find the building acceptable. Others are advised to look elsewhere; superior alternatives exist at comparable cost. (Positives: Nothing. Negatives: Can be better.)”
