“Great location, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa by feet, very nice place to stay, great staff. Also, it's on the beginning of the City Walk, Canadian University Dubai, Coca Cola Arena, so you can enjoy nice walk whenever you wish, without spending time commuting. Comfy, cozy apartment, great and helpful staff. I must praise here the staff that handled the delivery of my special order, on our last day. That made our stay awesome.”

“My Family and I love this serviced residence, the most of the Staff is polite and effective as well as the manager Mrs. Fatma. Our apartment is bright, spacious with a big terrace and an amazing view. The location is really strategic. Only one black spot is the gym equipment, very poor.”

“Very very bad kachra system for uae dubai bike rider for food delivery they are security staffs not allowed to main entrance lifts Main reasons they are increasing own post's no need security guard service life area but they are increased man power make more security guards here but no need more security guards here”

“Hello how a good day Al fattan im living in tower 1 is very good building and there living very nice people but i have a compliment for the security of this building is very stupid i compliment already security teem ledar but they don't do anything so i want to tell to building management please check this security system”

“I had an ongoing issue regarding my assigned parking space, which was officially provided to me by the business center. Another vehicle repeatedly parked partially in my designated spot, causing inconvenience. I reported this concern several months ago; however, I did not feel that the matter was handled in a professional or supportive way. Recently, I was informed that my parking space would be changed and that my parking privileges could be revoked if I did not comply. This approach feels unfair and could be perceived as discriminatory and rude, especially since the original issue caused by another vehicle was not addressed. I hope management can improve communication, handle tenant concerns more consistently, and provide fair resolutions when issues are raised.”
