What one reviewer said

“The houses are great the area has lot of facilities like a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, and a playground all in the closed community. In the closed community you can let your kids freely roam as it is very safe and there are no roads required to cross to reach the playground, gym, swimming pool, or badketball court.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Great community, good location in the heart of new Dubai, next to Sheikh Zayed Road. Building construction is good and high quality. It is one of the earlier developments of Emaar thus apartments are spacious. Overall an amazing place to live.”

“I lived here for six years and never wanted to leave. The reputation back then was that the Greens where a place that newcomers lived for a while before moving on. I found it quite the opposite. Its one of the few areas of Dubai that had a community feel, just being able to walk to the shops and cafes rather than drive everywhere was a big attraction. As for the Al Ghaf building itself, it seemed well maintained, quiet and safe. The pool was never over busy and lovely to sit besides during the cooler days in Dubai.”
